Law & Order Cancelled After 20 Seasons

by Fred Abramson on May 14, 2010

It looks like Burt Woolf’s iconic Law & Order has been cancelled by NBC after 20 seasons.

The show will be replaced by Law & Order Los Angeles.  The cancellation is a blow to the New York  film industry, as Law & Order employees thousands of workers.  Every New York actor who I ever met has had a role on Law & Order.

As a lawyer, I rarely watch law related shows.  Law & Order was one of the few that I watched. Admittedly, I haven’t viewed an episode in years. Still, its sad to see it go.
