		<description>What about when your direct supervisor asks to friend you, his/her employee?  As the employee, you wouldn&#039;t necessarily want your boss to see your personal Facebook page...but if you deny the request, can your boss be accused of retaliation?  Seems like there is more vulnerablility posed in the supervisor&#039;s request.</description>
